According to Ship owner’s request we can provide either complete or partial crews. Our data base includes files of Ukrainian seafarers (all ranks) who has already worked on container, bulk carrier, general cargo, sea-river ships, Ro-Ro vessels; have large experience of work, good knowledge of English, and all the documents necessary (according to the rank) in compliance with STCW 95 requirements. All the navigators have certificates of GMDSS operators. Crewmembers are thoroughly selected and prospective applicants carefully screened to verify their experience, competence, fitness and comprehension of English prior to enlistment.

1. The recruiting.
We manage an impressive seamen's data base which contains the information about ratings and officers. In our data base we have experienced seafarers who passed trainings and got all necessary certificates and licenses according to STCW-78/95, SOLAS and other international conventions.
2. The labor activities checking.
We carefully check up the references on the crew that we provide, from their previous employers.
3. Test for English knowledge.
All seamen are tested for knowledge of English language. We practice either oral tests or test with the usage of special programs.
4. Psychological tests.
In case we select the whole crew, all candidates are psychologically tested for personal features and for compatibility with each other.
5. Documents verification.
We carefully check documents legitimacy and dates of issue.
6. Booking tickets.
Our reliable subagent in Kiev helps to arrange the flights either for one seaman or for the whole crew to the point of destination.

Each seafarer who is going onboard the vessel of the Principals, obligatory puts through the relevant medical tests according to international requirements. Only one year Kherson maritime college have been graduated about five hundred young specialist + eight hundred specialist from Kherson Maritime Institute(branch from Odessa maritime academy) and we can not loose a mind about college & institute external departments.
